The software itself has some limitations, it's really meant for the simulation of quite basic circuits and when you increase the complexity the speed of the simulation suffers as a result; however, it does still work and is a very useful and capable tool for circuit design work! This version has everything I need, installed easily without much issue. Ultiboard is a nice addition and allows PCB layouts to be made, though I use Altium Designer more often than not to do this.

This version has a decent library of components to pick from and as usual the normal ease of use is there. I'd recommend this over Livewire for any electronics students out there. One issue I did have, but not with the programs themselves, is that if you try registering a new NI user account, it doesn't seem to like sending confirmation emails to Hotmail addresses. This was easily recitfied as it gives you an option to change your email and send a new confirmation email to that one. I changed it to one of my Googlemail adresses and that fixed the issue.
